Call, WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm your appointment slot and send you details of where to come. Fatima Health Centre, 228 Garstang Road, Fulwood, Preston, PR2 9QB.

Arrive

Come to Fatima Health Centre in Fulwood. There is ample parking on site. The clinic is also well served by local bus routes. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit.

Be Seen

You'll be seen by Dr Faizal Secretary personally. He will give you the full time you've booked. Prescription writing and referral letters included in your appointment fee if needed.
