Do I need to leave my NHS GP?
No. We work entirely alongside the NHS. You keep your NHS GP — we're an additional option for when you want to be seen sooner or need more time.
When are you open?
Every Friday, 9am–8pm. All other days are available by appointment only. We're working towards a full seven-day service — watch this space.
Are prescriptions and referrals really included?
Yes. If the doctor prescribes medication or refers you to a specialist, that's done as part of your appointment — no extra charge, no extra visit. You take the prescription to any UK pharmacy and pay only the dispensing cost there.
Can you see my children?
Yes. Children under 16 are seen from £49 for a 15-minute consultation. We see patients of all ages.
Do you offer blood tests and scans?
Yes. These are quoted separately depending on what's needed. The doctor will discuss exactly what's required and the cost during your appointment — nothing is arranged without your agreement.
